Job Stuff and More

Well, it looks like this "week off" from work might be beneficial after all. I applied for a job at Schwan's, their call center, just last night on a whim, and today I got a call for an interview. I am hoping that it will go well tomorrow morning at 9:30 AM. I'm not going to hold my breath and think I'll get a job out of it, but one can hope. I mean, after all, no matter how nice it's been working at ShopKo, this whole bit since Christmas where I get, it seems, a whole week off once a month, is just not working. I can't expect to cover all my bills on that, now can I?
I'm sort of anxious, partially because this job will entail a lot of phone work, but I figure I can handle it. I'm just not a huge fan of talking on the phone most of the time, but I can do it. We'll just have to wait and see how it turns out, won't we? Perhaps then I'll make enough money to not worry about my damn bills too, too much. I'm almost done with them for this month, but still. It'd be nice to have them all out of the way and not worry about an overdraft or biting into the Anytime Credit I just finished paying off.
In other news, I have the first stanza of my song fic completed. We're on page five and have two more stanzas to go, so we'll see. So far I've liked what's appeared on the page after writing and re-writing it like six times, but hey. I just wish Sesshomaru would behave more. He's being an absolute pain about it for absolutely no reason other than because he can be one, I think. He'll pay for that dearly later on in Journey, I can guarantee you that. He'll be very, very sorry when I'm done. *wink*
Well, anyways, that's what's going on now. Just cross your fingers for that interview! And hey, if I don't get it, hopefully I'll get a few more hours at ShopKo, you know? Wouldn't that be nice. . .
